Entangled

A character who is entangled may not move whichever limb touched the entangling prop. If this is a generic effect then instead they can not move both their feet.

To become unentangled another character may spend 5 seconds unentangling you, or you can spend 15 seconds to unentangle you. This time should be spent per-limb.
