Exhausted

In order to use an Exhausting power a character must not already be exhausted. Using an exausting power causes a character to become Exausted.

Exhausted is a condition which normally is removed by resting outside of a portal for an hour in the tavern. When a character is exhausted they should roleplay being tired but otherwise there are no negative effects to being exhausted.
