Abilities

• Scuttlebutt - Tavern Safe Know basic details about an upcoming portal. Different characters receive different information with this ability.
• Brewmancy - Tavern Safe Pour a drink for someone, and when they drink it, you offer them a choice between 3 single word RP notes, such as "Excited, Angry, Amorous" that the player picks to be affected by for half an hour. In a portal, you may pass out drinks and call a toast to something - everyone who drinks all of what you offer gains a Mental Resist call for the duration of the Portal. This is Exhausting
• I Know A Guy - Tavern Safe Has access to vendors to purchase things for players.
